A Classy Valentine’s Table

For the month of February, we had to design our table around Valentine’s Day as that is what the month of February is known for! Often we think of Valentine decor to be cheesy in the reds, pinks, and the million heart shaped items that every company puts out in product. For us, we wanted to showcase an elegant way to celebrate the holiday while still paying homage to the components (no matter how commercialized they’ve become!) that make Valentine’s Day what we know it to be. So bring on the pinks, the reds, the carnations, but make it classy and make it elegant!

This is how we created our beautiful and romantic table:

  1. We created three clusters of small floral arrangements and added two bud vases of roses to the mix. This combination makes the table feel more whimsical and less formal

  2. It’s all about candlelight and more candlelight!

  3. We used some of the wax flowers from our arrangements to accent a loosely folded napkin

  4. We used some of the smaller blooms and placed them on the table itself to make it feel more organic and “just put together”

We also created a “sweetheart” version of this table below, so be sure to check that out! Happy celebrating!

Turn this table concept into a Valentine’s Sweetheart Table! In the wedding industry, a table for two for the bride and groom (aka lovers) is called a sweetheart table. You can create a simplified version of the table above for you and your boo by simply using bud vases and candles for a romantic evening.
